What does multidimensional coaching using the Trajet method consist of?

Introspection

The support provided by the Trajet created by Brigitte André* is part of an approach that is simultaneously human, structured and oriented towards concrete outcomes.

This holistic approach aims to support each beneficiary during a period of professional and/or personal transition.

It is based on three fundamental principles:

1- Kindness and active listening to welcome the emotions related to change.

2- Activating personal resources to strengthen confidence and autonomy.

3- An action-oriented approach to promote a concrete projection into the future.

When a person changes, it is never just a situation that evolves, it is an entire inner balance that is transformed.

This is why it is not limited to achieving a specific objective. Above all, it seeks to understand what is happening deep within a person when they are going through a significant turning point.

Throughout the coaching process, we explore what truly influences choices and behaviors: past experiences, beliefs built up over time, protection mechanisms, fears, paradigms, buried aspirations, and anything else that can hinder the natural drive to move forward.

The goal is not to forcibly transform someone or impose a direction on them. Rather, it is to create a space where it becomes possible to reconnect with oneself, regain clarity, and move forward with greater inner coherence and joyful determination.

The Journey method helps to support periods of profound change: career changes, personal transitions, loss of bearings, changes in posture, search for meaning, end of a cycle or need to give new impetus to one's life.

A transition affects identity, emotions, habits, relationships, self-image, and the place one chooses to occupy in one's life.

Thus, multidimensional support is an integrative approach, because it considers all spheres of life.

The route method is based on several essential steps.

With multidimensional support, you will move forward in alignment with your truth.

The Journey™ brings together human, emotional and strategic dimensions to help each person evolve without cutting themselves off from themselves.

You leave with a clear vision, a focus, an action plan, renewed energy, and strengthened inner leadership.

Sometimes, what blocks progress or a transition is not a lack of skills, willpower, or a problem with strategy. It is simply a gap between the life we are building and the person we have become.
